Adrian at the front desk made us feel truly welcome and the breakfast was pleasantly surprising, offering hot options like scrambled eggs and sausage. Would definitely come back again!

I spent 3 nights here and was pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff who were always ready to assist. The breakfast options were decent, and I appreciated the cleanliness of my room. If possible, request a first-floor room for easier access.

I appreciated the convenient location near restaurants and attractions. Breakfast offered a decent selection, although more healthy options would've been nice. Shower water pressure was great, but the shower head didn’t adjust as advertised, which was a letdown for a relaxing shower. A few bugs appeared on the carpet, but the linens seemed fine. The mattress felt okay, but one bed creaked with every movement, which was annoying. I also faced some issues with the air conditioning not cooling down enough, making it a bit uncomfortable during the night. Overall, a decent stay with potential for improvement.

This place was a good match for a brief sojourn in Florence with good value for cost. The shower had consistent hot water, which was a nice touch after a long drive. Just be aware of the no elevator situation if you have luggage.

The staff was polite at check-in and the room was decent enough. I knocked over a lamp in the night and a maintenance guy came out immediately to help me and clean up.
